How to share my details on phones that are not compatible

Our all cards have a QR code at back of it which you can easily scan from camera and have access to the profile same as regular.

My card is not working

Please make sure you’re using a compatible smartphone and that you have NFC turned on in settings. If you’ve checked both of those and the NFC tag is still not being read, please reach out to us at support@strag.io.

How to edit my profile

For editing your profile just go to the link : account.strag.io and enter your registered email and password.

How to edit vCard(contact card) details

To edit your vCard details just login to your strag account and go to Contact details for cards from menu and fill out the details. This will change your vCard details and when anyone clicks add to contact button from your profile they will be able to save this data to their contact list.
